How to report an error to Uncle Jetlag, and how we fix and disclose corrections.

Tell us
Email runway@unclejetlag.com (opens in a new tab) with the page URL, what's wrong and, ideally, an official source showing the correct information.
What we do
- We acknowledge reports as quickly as we can and prioritise entry requirements, fees and safety information.
- We check the claim against primary sources.
- If we got it wrong, we fix it promptly and update the page's Last updated date.
- For significant factual corrections, we add a short correction note to the article explaining what changed.
Minor changes
Typos, formatting and small clarifications that don't change meaning are fixed without a note.
Rules that changed
If information was correct when published but the rule has since changed, we update it and treat it as an update rather than a correction.
